Thread: Episode 21 "SPOILER"

What the hell was up with Raki finding Pricilla eating guts, I mean do you think the author approved this because he would find out eventually and does this slightly prove that Raki will become a warrior, either way it's just strange that they would stray that far all of a sudden after for the most part staying true to the manga.

wow lol I never seen the episodes but they finally showed a scene of a Abyssal eating. Thats probably a first. So is anyone willing to describe in detail whether if pris was in human form or awaken? was she feeding on one or city's worth of guts?

In human form and she was eating some dude who was keeping himself warm by a fire he made in a cave, she was naked too, since she usually only wears the cloak and had discarded it making Raki think she was the one being attacked after having seena girl running through the snowy woods sceaming "Monster!", you should check out the anime, it is a great adaptation.

Oh and she was crying the whole time she was eating, calling for her family and that is what made Raki stop attempting to kill her and hug her instead telling her to stop eating guts if it hurt so much to do so, at least that's my take on it.

My opinion on the whole Abysmal thing is that maybe at first they give into their Yoma hunger and go all buffet, but later when they get their senses, since they were such strong Claymore they are able to keep more of their humanity and can actually feel displeased with their desire to eat guts, but they have to, since everything else is utterly disgusting to Yoma.

Frankly I was also shocked at that particular scene. It firstly amuses me that Priscilla did not take on her awakened form when eating humans. She was in her human form with no sharp teeth or whatsoever when feasting on the human. (I was expecting monsters to have at least sharp teeth so that they can tear the meat but no! Priscilla just seems like a normal human feasting on another).

However I would like to give a big thumbs up to the effects of the various fighting scenes. Rigaldo's Silver-eyed lin king form was awesome. The portrayal of the various team fights and tactics were also great. Its one of my favourite episode

I just pretend that rakixpriscilla scene didn't happen. Overall, it was a great episode, specially the Simba owning part. But I hate him for killing Flora.

Same, luckily Madhouse spared Flora's fans the agony by not showing a total split into half Flora. But I feel that its a really helpless way to die for an elite warrior like Flora. I guess speed does matters =/

Ya... I hardly even got to see Flora at all so far and she's my second fave warrior... first one's Teresa/Clare as a duo.



Wonder how Ophelia woulda done against Rigaldo... hell, I'd wanna see Galatea fighting someone that strong.

In a sense she did. Remember the part where she almost got turned inside out when Riful intervened but she chose to save Galatea for another day?

Yes, it would be interesting to see how Rigaldo would fare against someone as skillful at yoma reading as Galatea. At least, if Galatea did not hesitate to go seriously at him - and I suppose she would. As it was, it was quite the nasty slaughter... I actually liked most of the leaders he ripped apart, particularly Jeanne. The b.....d.

Apart from that, I can't help but feel rather... awed by Riful. Not just for her sheer power - unfortunately, the anime does not show her getting serious anywher - but for her general personality. Somehow she manages to combine carefree and badass in one small, cute package.

As a fan of Galatea, thats what I hope to see too but I would not want to see it actually happening in the manga. We have to seriously take Rigaldo's speed and attack into consideration.

1. Galatea's speed does not match Rigaldo's
A super sonic Rigaldo will rip Galatea apart if she cannot react to him in time. Just like the case where Ophelia vs Clare scene. Clare can tell an attack coming but she couldnt block Ophelia's attack.

2. Phantom Miria
Miria, who's said to be the fastest Claymore when she uses her skill, is the only Claymore who's able to match Rigaldo's insane speed. However, its a different story when she reaches her limit as she gotten wounded by Rigaldo later.

3. Clare
Now Clare is only able to surpass Rigaldo's speed only if she awakens her limbs. Thats how fast Rigardo is!

4. Rigardo's strength
See how easy it was for Rigardo to slash/cut the others into half =( Its just like a one hit KO game.

Conclusion: I insist that Galatea won't meet an opponent like Rigardo.
