"When I look at this girl i always start thinking about Clare". Good phrase to say after a night together~~~~~~~ Must mean something?

Maybe it's because that's the kind of relationship that he and Clare had?

Impossible, it is an important detail about two main charcters. It is no way such a detail would be hidden from readers.

Or is it that Yagi was too embarrased to show something like that?

Hmm maybe its tough to draw those lovey scenes

Coming back to that. Priscilla let Clare go when Clare was just a kid and now she's not killing Raki. Do you all think that its a conincidence? Or maybe Priscilla sensed some Clare scent on Raki and hence not put Raki in the food category?

    I completaly forgot about that...

It may be possible. Still, wouldn't she have mentioned that Raki smells familiar or something? All she said is that Raki smells nice. I think she didn't kill Raki because in her subconsciousness, he smells familiar (as in, from the south, which is where she came from, if I'm not mistaken).

Im not really sure about that but I find it highly suspicious that Prisiclla did not kill either Clare (young) and Raki. There should be other people from the South who had met Priscilla too. Why Raki?

I think the connection between Raki and Clare might have been one of the reasons.

Yeah, the "smell of south" reason seems suspicious. But then: what kind of connection is between Clare/Raki (assuming that Priscilla didn't kill him because of Clare's scent) and Priscilla?

The only thought I could come up with was that Priscilla doesn't kill young people.

If it is like that, then the problem would be on the misstranslation (not killing young girl/girls misstranslation).

    Hi all

Coming back to the topic on "love in the Claymore world", we have so far came up with no conclusion with regards to the Raki-Priscilla's relationship. Hence, lets move on to another couple instead.

What do you all think of Isley and Priscilla? To me, Isley does not seem to be like a pawn of Priscilla. Priscilla does not seem smart enough to come out with the plan to march all the awakened beings from the Noth to the South so that she can set up a base there. It seems like Priscilla is the one who wants to go South and Isley is going all out just to make her wish come true.

Further, Isley went all out to fight Luciela and was half dead when Riful found him. It's only later that we see a worried Priscilla heading off to lend Isley a hand. If nothing is going on between Isley and Priscilla, I do not think that Isley would have gone all out for Priscilla and that Priscilla would have gone to help Isley. It also seemed to me that Priscilla did not know before-hand that Isley was fighting Luciela as she only sensed it when she was standing at the window in one of the scene.

Hence, is it possible to evaluate that Isley maybe have a crush on Priscilla? Or can we say that their relationship is that like a brother-sister? Isley being the big brother protecting Priscilla?

^ To me it doesn't seem that he has a crush. He certanly loves her in some way, but this way is rather strange - he lets her sleep with Raki after all. I would say "big brother - little sister".
