Burn them with a match. Simple, though not necessarily effective.

If you wanted to burn the manga(I wouldn't, just buy a harddrive and an external enclosure, you can fit more and its portable from computer to computer), I would zip them or rar them, and then use CDdisplay(I think this is what it is called, haven't used it in a while) when you want to look at them. You can fit more and still have it viewable.

But then lending them to friends becomes a problem, since more often then not, or atleast in my case, they aren't computer literate. i just burned them in folders.. per volume or per chapter ..for easy access. CDs are so cheap I don't worry about space.

But all of that is just temperary anyways; burning manga as a back-up. I prefer the originals.
so when are you gonna unblock me?

    seriously.

(damn i'm clever putting a msg in my sig. :hfive

Good point. I was just going on the assumption that he was talking about a more permanent form of storage, and large amounts of manga.

By the way, according to some people, I am supposed to be mad at you, lpzie. Just wanted you to know that this is not the case.
