Does communicating over the internet seem much easier than communicating face to face if you have Asperger's Syndrome? I've read a little about Asperger Syndrome, yet you guys don't seem to possess the traits of someone who has Asperger Syndrome.

Possibly, who knows.I personally like to communicate over the net.Its easier because well for one thing it isnt face to face,so if its embarressing or something like that they wont see you stutter or blush or act weird.Plus on the internet, you can edit and change things, while irl you cant do any of that.In rl what you say is what you say,on the net,you can change and edit, giving you more freedom.Plus its harder irl b/c of first impressions,as in the internet, chances are that you wont ever speak to them again(unless its like a forum or something, then you just go to the different sections of it were they dont go).So communicating on the internet is easier in my views.Plus with all those dating sites,it'll be easier to hook up with someone lol.

I see. So in general the possibility of manipulation of ones words does in fact make it easier to communicate in cyberspace.

I thought it would seem obvious that I had Asperger's Syndrome. Take some of the hallmarks:
Above average intelligence-I don't know if people have noticed this from my writings, its hard to show something that abstract through writing on the internet.
Below average social skills-Making it hard to talk face to face, its much easier to talk like this, where you are not physically in contact with the person.
    Formal, pedantic style of writing-Check.
Wierd hang ups on language and tendancy to take things to literally-check.
Narrow, Intense Interests-Manga, The American Civil War, Biology, Christian Appologetics(If anyone read the Revelation thread, they will see that I have an interest in that), and I will get addicted to a particular subject for a few weeks or months, and then it will suddenly go away.
Delay in fine motor skills-Note the slow posting ability in the Ban thread.

Well actually the most conspicuous trait of ASD that you have is the above average intellegence. Besides that, I haven't noticed anything else. But the fact that you know so much aslo makes me wonder if there are any more persons with ASD. I wonder if Aikido has ASD.

Forums like these are a collecting pool for wierdos like myself, but I doubt that Aikido has AS, he is too normal, I think he is just a regular genius. I think that AS is being over-diagnosed to people, just like ADD, most people don't actually have it, they are just the regular, run of the mill wierdos(and that is a blessing to them, let me tell you).

I don't understand what you are saying, sorry.P.S. - What's with the "Jakko's a one-upper" thing? I don't know what you mean by that either.

Ok, The post with all the nonsense was supposed to be a joke. I actually asked you if I you thought I was a genius, but I spelt the words incorrectly as a pun. And the "One - upper" saying means that you're a person who does something one does, yet better. Example: Say I was with my girlfriend, and I told her I ate incredible chilly. You'll say something like "I've eaten incredible chilly, in Ecuador". When i say something I did something, you'll say you did the same thing, except more impressive. I said that because of the time when i was trying to flatter Child_of_serenity you came along and also said something probably more flattering than what I said.

P.s I was only joking though
