    Talking the sandman

well, considering all the manga and marvell/Dc comics that are running around, what with the narutos and the batmans, has anyone actually read the series known as the sandman? that is one heck of a series. open to discussion

I haven't read it, but I've read some other stuff by the author, Neil Gaiman (most notably Good Omens and American Gods), and if the comic similar in storytelling, I'm sure I'd enjoy it.
I told him once or twice; to stop playin' cards, and shootin' dice.... he's in the jailhouse now

i admit that the art does tend to sort of get to you, but looking on the merits of the story itself, i reckon it is still worth reading, even if you do tend to go crosseyed from looking at the artwork

Sounds like a pretty interesting title.
I know I've heard of it before, and thought about reading it, but I've never found anywhere where I could get the comic. So, nothing from me on the art/story.

    Anyone heard the news?
In Spiderman 3, Sandman and Venom fight together against Spidey and the Green Goblin comes and helps Spidey. Two people die in this movie: Aunt May and Harry.

    Cool

You'd think collateral damage would kill off mroe than 2 people. But hey, at least the old lady is outa the picture, so now spidey can go around and bang every chick in site.

On a side note: JyuuIsh lives!

I loved the Sandman...And I loved the art for the sandman...It is the best of Neil Gaiman's works.
