Anyone got inputs on any of the Three listed above? I'm obsessed with all of them. I know so many songs by heart. =D

Just how good could any of it really be?

A bunch of broadway outcasts who can't wait till christmas to sing in front of my doorstep.
Other than that, it's pretty catchy.

Song is called Seasons of Love, and I've never seen the movie, but...

I've seen the musical TWICE and it is the BEST DAMN MUSICAL EVER AND *gasp*

(And the opera it's based on, La Boheme, is also very great. A completely different time, though.)

well. something about me y'all dont know. I'm a bit of a Broadway buff. Some of you know that I'm a singer, and I love to sing along with all this stuff. I do enjoy Rent, but there are many other musicals that I prefer to it. Living so close to the city has its advantages, hehe.

Moulin Rouge (movie) is also based on La Boheme. If you havent seen it, go out and see it. Its the reason I have a guy-crush on Ewan McGregor.

I've seen a number of musicals, too... *shrugs* Maybe just because I was *in* La Boheme (as a chorus member) and understood a lot of the references... I'm not a huge fan of typical Broadway stuff, so that's probably another reason.

I really do need to see Moulin Rouge.

i like the song seasons of love. i also like the songs where one person starts then another comes in and another and another and so on.

I took a theatre appreciation class in college for the hell of it and it was briefly mentioned, but our professor didn't say much about it.

As I understand it, it's about these tenants in an apartment and their daily lives in New York City right? I heard a some of good things about it as far as Musical reviews go.

I'll try to get a hold of a copy if I can.
