what mirrors have the best speeds? and whats on them?

Jesus christ, you know nothing about the internet.
The download rate varies depending on how many people are downloading. If you are the only person downloading, then you have the entire bandwith to your self and you are only limeted by the speed of your internet conection (unless the server is capped, I think a couple of our servers are capped at 10kbps).
