I prefer to buy a manga
i love have a good book in my hands
but some series are not licensed here
thats the reason that i download school rumble and gto
and I buy Slam dunk, because this IS licensed and edited in my country
But if somebody prefer download, i think its good
the prices are too expensives and the series are large

i buy the manga AFTER reading a few chapters of the download, cos i want to support the mangaka and it's also in better quality and book form, but it might be different for you guys cos i buy mine in chinese whereas the licence version takes longer to get onto the shop shelf.
Btw, if you buy the manga online, it cost around 3-4 and if you buy enough then the shipping is free!

    Hmmm I got about 200 manga's myself... that's about 2000 euro's (1 euro = 1.2 dollar I think >_>) >.> and bought them within a year...

And I am always broke >_> It's freaking expensive. But well it's worth it

And I normally read scanlations first to check the series.

when you buy the manga you think it's expensive, but when you have it is when you feel glad that you did buy it. Strange.

    i have 10,000 mangas.
i hold them in stores around the world.
whenever I wanna read them, I just go there and pay a holding fee of 10 dollars. for each manga i want to read.

    cool huh?

Mmmyesh, the buying of manga, it's a good thing, makes good instant offline access if you get so sick you can drag yourself out of bed....I only started buying it since I didn't even know any stores that sold manga *serious*......we need picture evidence on that....that's a lot of manga.....unless you have a giant library room thing in a manor which would be really awesome cuz can't you imagine? A library with nothing but manga...that's awesome *daydreams*

1.no manga in Serbia (except Akira which get from Croatia, left to right reading style disgusting, plus i don't realy like Akira)
2.can't order from abroad (the post office quite dilligently "loses" stuff)
If there's no meaning in it, that saves a world of trouble as we needn't try to find any
