    Default Boston Marathon Bombing

Thoughts anyone? I will start off by saying its very odd that no one has claimed responsibility and I'm shocked to see that video of the actual explosion was published online by major news outlets.

I'd like to die with the songs I love stuck in my head. I hope to make the most of these hollow bones we become.

I just don't understand the mentality behind something like this. You're targetting civilians only. Also, who is the fight against. I can understand terror attacks by so called 'freedom fighters' against their own government/military. If you're fighting for independance (like the IRA), I can understand it as well. I don't really agree with it. When you're bombing a bunch of civilians for no good reason, I just don't get it.
Same thing with the Trade Towers, I don't understand how killing civilians can further any cause. It's just murder.

It's pretty obvious and easy to understand why they are doing it in a crowd with innocent people. To get your attention. Because who is gonna feel afraid if from time to time they will kill gov. representatives? One congressmen or police chief or something like that. People then immediately assume - "terrorists are bad, we need to support our government, we cannot allow this to happen anymore".
The case of WTC was unique so no one blamed the government (well, it took 3-4 years to blame or even think it was an inside job) and they knew the next day who was responsible for it and people wanted revenge, whereas the government wanted people on their side, so they could invade a country under false accusations (Iraq - had nothing to do with 9/11).
Now, if they bomb civilians, like in the case of Boston, people will start asking questions - "why again, we were supposed to be safe with patriot act and all, maybe our government, who not only allows such things to happen but may as well be the source of it (unemployment, lots of shootouts during Obama's term, some of the states even wanted at some point to break away from USA) is good for nothing? We don't want to live in constant fear of an another terror attack or a shootout".
Killing people has had always a much larger impact on the society than killing gov. officials. These two were, as it is now believed, or at least Tamerlan, became a radical muslim and his younger brother was like his pet, always following him. They could have various reasons - revenge for the innocent muslims that USA killed in Iraq and Afghanistan. What citizens of USA have to consider is that every time some sadist kills muslims for fun, or when predators 'accidentally' bomb a village where 20 are killed, where 10 of them are children, muslims don't think of it as an accident. They feel rage, sadness and urge to avenge the deaths of their beloved ones.
As for these two, they could have a very special reason. As we know, they're from Chechnya (I heard that on some USA forum people actually thought it's short for Czech Republic, and you wonder why people sometimes hate you, believe me it's not, it's my neighbor and has western culture values like us and you and we're in NATO) so there's more to it. Russia was doing preposterous things in there (just one example of their cruelty: boiling live kids in oil), people in there were oppressed very brutally. Russians then established a puppet leader there and now it's a little less brutal than it was, or so I think cause I did not follow up on what was happening there after that. And here it comes - Obama is on good terms with Putin and is trying to warm up those relations as far as I can tell. So these two maybe wanted to send a message (not necessarily after the first bombing, but after a couple or dozens of them, so the message would be stronger, but they've been caught) to the American people, that allying yourself with their worst enemy isn't good. And it is reported that the older brother over the past three years became radical - what lead to it? Maybe Obama's better relationships with Putin? It's one Idea. Bush never was on good terms with Russia, he wasn't trying to be or at least not to that extent as Obama.
Remember Breivik? The killer for Utoya who killed almost 100 children? That blast where 7 people were killed was nothing more than an a distraction for the police. He's real target were the children. And not just any children. It was the political party's youth, the same that allowed too many muslims into his country, and because of that he was allegedly beaten up by them several times. He wanted for Europe to see, what's going to happen if this continues. Meaning more and more whites will commit such acts. Cause here in Europe only politicians like immigrants from the Middle East (more votes for them, and social benefits for the slackers from Middle East to keep their votes) whereas native Europeans dislike them, hate them (I know I do) cause they are slowly turning this continent into the same s**thole they came from (f.e. the Sharia law was introduced in Britain for muslim couples, many things were forbidden that could offend muslims and dozens of other examples), don't want them here, but political correctness forbids us to tell anything - is this still democracy, where people can say what they think or a dictatorship? Notice how you can't say anything bad about Jews, Muslims, gays/lesbians, transvestites but whites can be trashed all the time. Breivik targeted children and people were seriously starting to think about Muslims as a threat.
So I hope I explained some things. And I don't agree with acts of terrorism - remember, this was all just a possible explanation of their actions.

^paragraphs are a godsend. Use the Enter/Return key at least once lol.

I fail to see a message that could have been sent and with the older brother dead (the mastermind) I doubt we'll ever know the true motivation
