Well for his sake I hope he ascended to heaven, because he has a lot to answer for if he didn't.

Nah, he's not in hiding anymore. Orginally the rapture was supposed to start on May the 21st, then we'd have 5 months of hell on earth, follwed by the end of days.
Camping has said that he's decided that God is more merciful than he originally thought, and the 5 months of hell have been cancelled. Apocalypse still set for 21st Oct.

I thought he said we DID have the rapture, it was just a spiritual one that NO ONE noticed. 5 months is when the physical destruction begins.
