I was watching this on NHK world this morning, there was a fire at an oil refinery and the fire ball must have been well over 100m high.

Anyways, the worst of the earthquake only hit rural areas at best is what I've heard.

But I´m hearing the after-quakes are getting nearer to Tokio...
