    Default Life on other planets

So we've got two pretty recent discoveries. Firstly, there is a of water on the moon, and not just a bucket-full
    http://abcnews.go.com/Technology/wat...1939079&page=2
[...] after a year of analysis NASA today announced that its LCROSS lunar-impact probe mission found up to a billion gallons of water ice in the floor of a permanently-shadowed crater near the moon's south pole.

Secondly, it turns out that life as we know it, isn't always 'as we know it', and NASA is going to have to rethink it's classifications on planets that can support life.

Even if, it does turn out that these bacteria or whatever, have simply adapted to the high levels of arsenic, rather than incorporating it into their biomolecules, it's still exciting to know that life can adapt to some pretty messed up conditions.

I don't think it's quite the time to start stocking up on bottled water and building the alien invasion shelter, but it does seem like the chances for life out there, just keep going up.

But as far as we know, that bacteria just adapted to live in the harsh environment, if life is to exist on harsh planets, life would need to have started in that harsh environment.

Iīm pretty much sure that life (some variotion of it) exists in some part of the universe.
Heard today that the scientists now corrected their estimation of the stars in the universe: it went up to 300 sextillion - and everything that begins with sex must be good, am i rite??! =D
So thereīs a possibility for the existance of trillions of Earths... at least theoretically xD

Itīs kinda impossible for us to be the fuckin only ones...At least I hope there are others out there

Well, if there is beings living parallel to us, there should be some-living-things out there. Not good with theories...
