What news sources do you guys often use?
I live in the UK so obviously I use mostly UK news sources. But what sources do you use in America? Do any of you still read print media? Are there regional differences to what you guys read?
I read the Daily Mail and The Sun (for the news entertainment, not the boobies. lol) in paper format. For news sites I use the BBC and Kotaku.
I also watch the BBC news channel and I will occasionally watch the news on NHK world.
There's not much going on in the country where I live in so the content of the daily newspaper and the tv news is almost the same, so I only read the newspaper.
I also read the news in yahoo whenever I have the time to get the updates of the world.
facebook is my news source. if something happens, people talk.
radio, facebook, yahoo, and whatever pops up in my igoogle newsfeed. Yea, I listen to the radio on my daily 1hr commute to work. Often it's stupid pop-culture news so don't read too much into it. Yahoo and iGoogle I read when I'm bored and it's not bad cause the stories are nice and quick.
I used to read a newspaper for the last 15 years that I can't read anymore recently, mainly because it's quality turned down (like so many other newspapers recently) and my own political view changed from conservative-liberal to conservative-right. There are too many left newspapers here in Germany and only a few rightwingers that you can read.
Online, mostly Spiegel, 2 rightwing newspapers called Die Welt and Junge Freiheit, Political Incorrect and Telepolis.
Then some alternative international sites, cause I can't deal with BBC and NYT...
My personal favorites in english language when I check for International News:
1. Global Research - http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=home
2. Foreign Policy
3. Uncensored News
4. Information Clearing House
5. What Really Happened
6. American Foreign Policy
Fuck established media giants like News Corp.
Oh yeah, and I go to /new/ sometimes.
People say it's the worst board on 4chan but they got a lot of interesting news and discussions... Sometimes...
That is sad.

I'd like to die with the songs I love stuck in my head. I hope to make the most of these hollow bones we become.
I raise a toast to the the souls that sang all along. I've been gathering friends to just to make some sounds,
before the ship goes down, I've been making amends by making the rounds before the whole world ends

Google News for my news source
from there, if there is a BBC/Reuters/Christian Science Monitor article i'll usually choose that. I find that those sources are fairly unbiased and high-quality.
if it's sports, entertainment or tech - it really doesn't matter which source i choose (Wired always does really good write-ups though)
