Default Japanese, U.S. Manga Publishers Unite To Fight Scanlations

Not sure if this the right place to post this but here goes:

    [www].publishersweekly.com/pw/by-topic/digital/copyright/article/43437-japanese-u-s-manga-publishers-unite-to-fight-scanlations.html

Looks like people are finally taking action against all forms of scanlated mangas...

Any thoughts on this subject? So what does this mean for sites like Stop tazmo? I've been to sites like Manga helpers and One Manga, and they've cleaned out their manga databases (or will be soon).

I don't usually post or contribute in the forums, but seeing this article really got me wanting to start some kind of discussion here xD
