Yeah, he met someone last week. The guy was a bloody mess and missing a few limbs, but he turned out to be a really great guy.

I ask because Japan is is pretty high up on the scale for youth suicide or suicide in general.

Bill 156 shouldn't have anything to do with violence depiction; only sexual suggestion which would then just be categorized as 18+, and not banned.
Note: I'm just pulling shit out my ass, the only thing I know about the bill is from some short Japanese article (which I could barely read) from the day the bill was passed.

I believe it doesn't cover violence intentionally, but the bill has provision to censor such content as it can be used to cover all material deemed harmful to youth.

I'm guessing that it moves to ban them from making more graphically violent material with gore, falling skin/limbs and beheadings that have the major use of non adults.

I'm wondering how this will affect Highschool of the Dead.

It's a damn good thing the season ended with Highschool being over with! lol.
