Manga mad is a documentry on manga hosted by hulu. It is by far the worst manga documentry i have seen. I makes ppl believe that manga is used as a escape for mostly sex and the real world. It gives a very bad image of manga and any1 that reads it. America is starting to get into manga in smaller doses but with documetrys like this its no wonder alot of ppl think its all about nude cartoons. In my opinion manga is about orginality and art. People mostly read manga for for entertainment and pick manga on thier personlity or if it relates to their topic of choice. Anyways i really got about 2/3 of the video b4 i just started jumping around seeing if they had anymore info. ALSO THIS VIDEO HAS BOOBS IN IT SO 18+ ONLY. I also thind the video was made by hardcore fans and not all ppl are harcore fans but the video seemed like is was talking 4 every1 so it was really terrible.

Anyways id like any1 to watch it and tell me their opinion u can just watch half of it if u want then tell me idc.

Also i think ur hulu acc has to be 18+ to watch it so if u can't ur to young.

of course ppl read manga to escape. It's the same reason you watch a movie, or read a book. For that 1hour or so, you can ignore all your worldly problems and just focus on a made up story with made up characters.

I agree with DNA. /you say it seems like manga is used to escape the world and live out sexual fantasies? It's true. I guess it depends on what genre you read. I can see why it may seem like manga is used as an escape for sexual fantasies though. They have some of the weirdest shit.
