I honestly don't think the boss was being condescending at all.
If they think they should be allowed to do whatever they want, just because they are unpaid, then they are sorely mistaken and should look elsewhere for a position.
Like seriously. Stop thinking the world should hand you everything on a silver platter. It really doesn't work that way.

I like to die with the songs I love stuck in my head. I hope to make the most of these hollow bones we become.
I raise a toast to the the souls that sang all along. I've been gathering friends to just to make some sounds,
before the ship goes down, I've been making amends by making the rounds before the whole world ends

The message the boss posted seems fair, dunno why the intern got a fit about it. All the points he made are pretty basic for any company in the world.
All the points he made aim towards the interns being imature kids that should probobly still be in school rather then working.

I heard life sucks, that's why I'm glad I don't have one.
no this is not 'a great way to quit your job' this is 'a great way to never get a job'.

I'm betting that the thread title is ironic.
Anyway, people these days are far too arrogant. Why does this asshole assume that he has a right to be a loud, annoying slob in his workplace?
It boggles the goddamn mind, it does.
where's the funny

There are far too many people in the world for whom a full time job is going to be such a kick in the teeth (assuming of course they ever get one).
