In all seriousness though, I don't think anybody really saw this coming. Which leads to my next point: where were you guys when you heard the news, and what was your immediate reaction?
I was at the mall food court and saw the news on CNN. Checked Google/Facebook/Wiki on my friend's smartphone to confirm. I think I was surprised more than anything else.

@be0wulf: in my room sitting infront of the computer desk eating toast with melted cheese ontop while reading the newsline on a news channel on the TV.... yup just a moving simple short line that is on the bottom part of the screen... and it say US media say MJ died... something like that
