I think it is Naruto. The monster on the left looks like Kyūbi, and the guy on the right looks like Sasuke with a rifle.
Guessing shin angyo onshi from his hair.

YEAH DHJANA WAS RIGHT! Right on the money, thanks a bunch! It wasnt the hair that made me recognise it though, it was the jacket with the crossed straps on the side as that characters haircut is different in the beginning of the manga.
