1. This has been posted before.

2. My argument still stands, the device only works if the user is actually raped. So it is useless as a preventative measure.

I'd actually say that this is even worse than useless, because if you do get assaulted by a rapist, this device may stop the rape itself, but it sure as hell won't stop the rapist beating you to death as revenge for shredding his dick.
