I am in Japan right now, and I noticed that the Weekly Jump seems to get released in the Scanlation version earlier than the hard copy in japan.

Meaning last friday I read the supposedly new Naruto that was only supposed to have come out on monday.

How does this happen?

First of all wrong section.
Second, I assume you are saying that you are able to find raws on the internet before they have gone to print. The same thing happens to games as well. Put simply, there is a leak on the inside.

But why is the leak so consisten every week?

^It's usually a leak in the distribution, and that's hard to monitor considering shonen jump is an international multilingual comic that several bookstores/mangastores/etc distribute in multiple countries. Tracing one or a few employees whose leaking these chapters early is pretty hard (if they're not being stupid).
