I sincerely hope this cop is goin to do some jail time. Not not only did he kick her, he punched her, smashed her face into the wall, where he threw her down on the ground and proceded beating her. Oh, and lfted her up by pulling in her hair.

So, was this an abuse of power? Because he claimed it to be selfdefence..

The second deputy said the alleged victim was "real lippy," calling the deputies names and "basically trying to piss us off."

You would think cops could handle being called names. Being a hard is probably hard, but gettin ticked off because a girl calls you names..But way things look he'll probably just loose his job.

It's things like this that make it ever clearer how far our judicial enforcers have fallen. Perhaps now it's just worse because they don't focus it on certain minorities and it gets even more media attention.

That too is sickening.

I might look the other way if he just slapped her; but this is different. He beat her down like she had just shot his kid. There's no saving grace in this from my standpoint.

I'd love to see them explain how she "deserved" getting the back of her head punched in to the floor twice, lifted by her hair, slammed into a wall, and kicked. She musta talked about his momma... >_>
