    I don't about Russia but if you are an orphan and were born out side of the US, they give you a "new Birth Certificate". It looks like normal ones and are just like them but they are for people born out side of the US and are brought as orphans... I had a problem with Mine when I was getting a passport.....

    Bah, screw better judgment. Many people that there is some intuitive correlation between how we name a child and what they do. It's not that simple. None of us truly know what happens when we name a kid. Freakonomics talks about this very issue in detail (many of which I've forgotten at this point). One of their examples that supports this point is that a family that named one of their children "Winner" and the other "Loser" where those kids grew up to take roles opposite to what their names would suggest.
