I trust our local one. They make on the finest chinese dishes. Three kinds of chicken wings, three kinds of beef tips, all the "non-meat rolls" you could ever want, and wanton noodles.

Oh, and by sheer coincidence, they serve chicken nuggets and fries that happen to be identical to the ones from that McDonalds they share a parking lot with.

I never ate chinese/japanese food.Maybe I should try it sometime...Thought about trying ramen when I read Naruto.
And I really dunno if I´d like Sushi (and yeah,I know Sushi is japanese and Ramen is originally from China - know after I googled it )

I once heard that for a chinese, all thats chewable is seen as edible as well.

The only asian ingredient I use to cook is soy sauce, there is good soy sauce imported from Thailand.
