Thread: YOU're guilty. No, YOU are!

When weapons are used against someone, who is guilty? The scientist who created the weapons, the soldier who used the weapons, or the politician who gave the orders?

They all are, on different levels.

And that had better be the right answer because I wrote an essay on that for an exam. >_<

You know, thinking of the example on my exam, the Chinese/Koreans/all those other Asian groups would murder you for saying that. =P

But it is kinda true, depending on the circumstances. If it was a war zone, for example, and the one who got shot was a soldier...
