Is also teh American way, to fix problem
until they notice that they don't have that trillions to back them up anymore.
It is technically pointless to bail out companies that have gone bankrupt because the end result might well be the same. History repeats itself, a lesson well taught, many people don't realize that by doing this the government is not stopping the problem, its merely slowing it.
i posted the exact same file in the US-bankruptcy thread, lol
i'm no economics expert, but isn't boom-bust-echo a natural economic cycle ? sure, it'll be shit for the next few years, but wouldn't letting the companies fail make sense in the long term ?
I'm no expert myself
But I think

they don't land in "depressions"
they on the other hand have "recessions"
they actually have savings that can help them during hard times
Always the play neutral until they get hit. Well not so much anymore, I'm still wondering where the WMDs from Iraq are, and how much they made off the oil.
McCain try to bitch slap Obama today after Obama contacted him. If Obama had bit , it would have been much worse. It's good that Obama didn't let himself get bitch slap.
Is also important that president should be able to do multi-tasking!
