Saggy pants should be fine as long as you can't see the lower half of a person's asscheeks...

... This reminds me of an episode of Cops I happened to watch, where the police were chasing this idiot with saggy pants. He couldn't run very fast because he had to keep holding his pants up. Hilarious.

This reminds me of the time I wore a t-shirt with a swastika for a class with a Russian teacher back in high-school. Haha... ah! Good days.

But my country is quicker to accept that as freedom of expression than sagged pants...

Really bad sagging is ugly. I don't really like the idea of having half your boxers put on display but I don't really mind. Just as long as I don't have to see any ass hanging out.

It is, isn't it? While it is a bit of a stretch so say that it satisfies the legal definition of treason, it certainly does so in spirit.

While we're on the subject an even more ironic thing is the overlap between pro-confederates and US nationalists. How can you honestly say that you support your country when you're openly displaying a symbol of treason against the very same country? But then again, most people who fly confederate flags are probably too dumb to recognize the contradiction anyway.

    Which is quite mysterious.

But anyway, calling saggy pants as indecent exposure is idiotic. You shouldn't invoke a violation of public decency just because you personally don't like something or are offended by it. Only when the exposure in question creates a risk of public disorder or other possible harm is a law like that justified.

You know, by definition alone, "public decency" has always been based on whether or not it's offensive to someone. I still can't believe bikini's were so popular back when a one piece was considered trashy. (Hello 1950's.)
