If not, what would you get if you could?

Sorry, self mutilation is not my thing. Plus they rarely ever turn out the way you expect and just think what it will look like when you are old and wrinkley.

^ I never understood that argument. When you're old and wrinkley you're not going to look good - tattoo or not. Geriatrics looks bad and saggy. It's the body that loses it, not the tattoo.

I've got a lot of friends who have tattoos. I just can't think of anything that I find important enough to put on my body permanently. If I do, maybe then I'll get a tat.

Someday I'll quite likely get a tattoo, but when I get it, it'll be from a good and wellknown artist, and it'll be somehow significant.
I'll never get something that's just a spur of the moment, or something I like at the moment. Will be something to mark something life changing, defining, or to honor or remember someone by.
