Thread: 12 year old boy killed 9 year old girl

Well this happens when I heard it on the radio when I was driving home.

the boy just went into the classroom ,dragged her out
and then stab her a couple of times
The teachers were useless when this happens.

... This is just upsetting.

It ain't the teacher's job to stop knife wielding kids. Sure the teacher should could have done something, but most likely would have just got stabbed. I'm betting if they had forced the kid to the ground, they would have been sued for child abuse.

And we're not talking about nearly adults that are physicly strong and able to harm the teachers, we're talking about kids who break down by an adults kick.

I predict he will end up in jail for 10/15 years, and then he'll be set loose again in the society

Okay, I don't know the laws there. If the teacher was able, and legally allowed to stop the kid, then they could have. I'm just used to teachers getting sued/fired for even shouting at kids.

If he stops a kid from harming another kid, its the same as selfdefense.
Heck, he would be even allowed to KILL the other kid who is trying to kill that girl and it would still be selfdefense. So no punishment.
I think thats just the problem with America, everone can sue everyone, so they just do it.

He is 12. I dont think he gets any punishmend at all. In germany every kid <14 gets exemption from punishment.

who'd give a shit about wether its allowed or not to stop this kid?
when there is a young girls live on the line I wouldn't hesitate to stop the boy...even if i had to hurt that boy (of course i wouldn't kill him)....

that incident is just unbelivable....

we don't know any more detail about the setting of the classroom or if the teacher was man or women. I know a couple elementry teachers I had were all kinda short and slim ladies.

This might've happend so fast that the teacher had no idea/time to react to what was going on. Also, this was a rural school. So probably only a handful of teachers and staff on site.

It's really senseless though.

As I said earlier, I don't know the laws there. My sister is a teacher, so I know how the laws work here. The criminals seem to get more rights than the victims. It's wrong, but that's how it is.

I wonder what the kid's parents were doing when this happened.
