I love proof that we all are getting stupider every day.

17 girls is nothing. I was in Jr High and a girl I knew was 13, waiting to pop out her 2nd kid.

*sighs* What happened to decency and morals, I wonder....kids now a days are just plain retarded.

No, they need to be taught about condoms and other forms of birth control.

apparently the city has a high rate of broken families, so i can see how kids can think "hey itz so awsum to get kids and play house" without realizing what a stupid idea that is (errr, big financial/time/energy investment to do it properly?)

no, that's not it. the kids *want* to have kids. it's the mindset that needs changing.
