Ah, someone noticed Well, I have that sig for quite some time and..It's one of not many I don't feel like changing. It's awful work from my side using 'paint.net'.

Whipped cream also fits well But mostly it's with double cream and sugar.

Polish food is easy to make, cheap and in my opinion - tasty and filling. It's not elegant thought and it doesn't fit restaurants.

Whipped cream...O_O' *drools* - *goes off finding polish recipes in english*

I bought frozen ostrich steaks and made them myself cuz' my mom wasn't home. It was quite a good dish. I seasoned the steaks with herbs of the provence and garlic salt. Then I used a bbq pan with ripped surface, I put it on high and waited five minutes till the pan was hot enough to fry the steaks crispy in some minutes. Steaks are easy - each side about 3-4 minutes... the ostrich steaks have to go medium cuz' you can't eat them bloody. After the steaks are crispy, take them out and let them have the rest in the microwave (low-level) to get medium. Hmmm-mmmh, I made them with cajun fries (garlic fries) - a dish for a french restaurant...

I can cook a mean batch of scrambled eggs. Haha, I really need to learn how to barbeque though.

This one is easy to make and quite tasty.

I really like dishes which has fruit as flavor.

    Hamonado

1 can pinapple juice (300 ml)
1/2 kilo chicken, your choice of cut. serving pieces. pork may be used too, 1/2" pork bellies.
    3 tbsp dark soy sauce.
1 to 2 tbsp white sugar
    2 tbsp grated cheese.
    optional: 1 whole chili

put the ingredients together in a pan, taste test the broth, add more soy sauce if too bland, add sugar if too sour, the point is to have a balance between salty, sweet and sour. Add chili for a spike of spicyness (I like it sweet though) . Let boil until meat is cooked, remove meat and reduce the sauce as desired.
    Tagalog: "Bababa ba?"
    English: "Are you going down?"

Yesterday Martha "Pulp" Stewart made some fine german potato-salad, here's the recipe:
Cook the potatos long and smooth (they should be soft but not mashed), use Valerianella salad in addition if you get it. Then make a sauce of clear vineagar, oil, mustard and yellow egg (uncooked). Mix with red redish and cucumber (no onions), add salt and pepper for the finish.
I ate it with selfmade fried chicken vienna style, with a thick bread crumb fried with much butter.
