^there is some. go to greenhills os SMs. It's not as easily obtainable as anime dvds. well dvds can be pirated and mangas can't. thats one of the reasons why it isn't that popular

Yeah, I was plannin on printing scanlations. I don't know, printed manga have a very different feel. It'll cost me as much as the original japanese print. pfft. I found some on those Booksale stores. But the supply isn't regular. I dropped the idea. Its just so frustrating not to complete a series. arrrgh.. give me my printed pages please. I'm actually considering to enroll learning japanese just so I can buy original japan prints. heheh.

And yeah, I can't stand how mangas are so expensive to buy here -_- Like.. $25 - $30 each?

Although I'm currently considering to get a hardcover Azumanga Daioh collection.. It's like all four volumes in one book. $52.

And I'm heading over to Sydney in July XD!!! Can't wait for it, but exams are in the way!!

I just remembered that I bought a manga cd back then. It's a compilation of one series in a cd. Thats how I was able to finish reading I's back then. yeah I do agree, reading the a printed manga is way better than reading it online

One word: "Townhall" if your going to sydney. the best place for manga and anime is Townhall. Kinokuniya is just besides the trains station there. ^^

the other anime shops are scattered throughout the city... mostly in china town
