If we are very lucky. The estimates I have seen are much worse.
And there is no Bin laden, he is a metaphor created by the right wing government and used to control peoples fears, hatreds, and prejudices in the way that conservative governments usually do.

On a related note: $3.59 a gallon for my 50-60 mile voyages a day is killing my South Carolinian minimum wage.
