There is no way they can raise that amount of money in that time, more importantly, does it cost $2m to raise a child? I don't think so, if raising a child was too much of a hassle, they would have aborted it already. Therefore I think this is just a way for them to get some quick cash by playing on the morals of others.

Aside from giving a nice story to us, the poster pretty much explained why an abortion would be more feasible in fiscal terms. In realistic terms, I like how he chooses to ignore the time required for child-rearing and how much of a toll it would have in the parent's social, professional, and academic lives.

But, this is a great format for a scam. All the uber-pro-lifers will be feeding him donations.

i have a friend who became pregnant at 18. Only 16 days away from being born. Her parents are well off. I had another friend who became pregnant at 17. She now has a three year old son. She is working hard to raise him all on her own. Take responsibility. She has a pride to uphold and hardship she faced is normal.

These guys are a joke...well, the guy is anyway. Asking for 2 million dollars in US, they are taking advantage of that. Of course they are going to help the baby out but they are taking peoples advantage of using that sob story. Still, i don't blame them. I probebly would do the same thing if and only if no one is supporting these two. Which is usually parents that help them out.

2 million in that much time is impossible. They won't be able to make about $40,000 a day. They should be responsible and take care of it, or allow adoption.

Or just go abort it without holding it hostage first.

What a great way to make money. Talk about hits. I wonder how much they are making on ad revenues?
