Not sure if this is a mess or a success. I'm 6 foot 1 and I can't dunk so a friend and I decided we'd spend the summer working on our vertical leap. It's been close to a month now and I've seen some gain, but nothing significant yet. What's surprising to me is that I now weigh 196 pounds. I've never weighed more than 190 in my life. When we started the program I was at 180-185 pounds. Again not sure if it's a mess or a success but hopefully the extra weight isn't going to work against me.
