I got to say this, seriously I just watched equillibrium for the first time and I think I'm being held at gunpoint over this illogical paradox:
It's "spam" to have any posts that are not exactly on topic with the original purpose of the thread, we are not "suppose" to talk about religion or anime/manga or politics, and it's not our "personal blog."
What the hell is left to post but news stories?

Split the forums and allow some spam/blogging/depth-discussions/etc, and just have another forum for current events? We did essentially the same thing with Forum Games and Creative Works...
