^Honestly, me too.
But, I can see why these roommates have little trouble keeping out of each other's pants:

But back on the issue as a whole, it's only fair considering homosexual living arrangements.
Oh, if I could have a hot girl roommate, we would have such wonderful sexual adventures.
They've been doing this for a few years, already. They even have randomized roommates. That would be majorly sketchy, imo, if I were a girl, I'd make damn sure I knew who I was rooming with.
I room with myself. It's fun.
^you're just ronery.
Seriously though, I can think of a few girls I'd be able to do this with...and not feel any sexual tension. We're just friends, but we happen to be of different genders.
^ Yay! Noe!
And every once in a while the mood shifts into a more romantic view, and the sexual pressure increases...
In Oberlin, they have gay dorms, for couples. It's really weird.
The day they allow for that to occur in my college will be the end of the world.
There's NO way that will EVER pass where I am. NO WAY.
My friend almost lost housing when his roommate accused him of cohabiting with his girlfriend.
And, in all technicality, cohabiting in my school is defined as "two people of the opposite sex in a closed room with both of them not having their feet on the ground."
lol.
this...doesn't seem like a big deal. The only problem I can see are the chicks having to put up with stinky messy guy habits which they may not be used to or prepared for..
