If you listen to the video, it has nothing to do with the homeless.

We're talking multiple 80 story skyscrapers, according to the video, which is very interesting.

It said a tsunami has the power behind it of a nuclear bomb. And it can withstand a tsunami. Not a nuclear bomb.

That's why I said I doubt it could withstand it.

Technically its right, a Tsunami and a Nuclear bomb have roughly equivalent amounts of energy.

Just so happens a nuke is a bit more focused and expels its energy in a different way.

    You got that right.

Water can pretty hard for building, natural formations and organisms to defy. On the other hand, fire and invisible radiation, and also technically wind, all coming from a single point and spreading out in a rough dome does kind of equate to a much more destructive force.

Does it matter if you're nuked? Either way you're screwed, in a pyramid dome or in Tokyo City, doesn't matter.

Couldn't there be a shelter they could make in the water? In case the nukes only hit the surface of the land. Then all the people in the pyramid could evacuate there, but 750,000 people packed altogether...

There are lot of these utopian projects, that is nothing new.
