    They also have this in France, it's called the catacombs. I doubt anything like Evangelian would ever happen.

    Won't be enough for one building in modern Tokyo..

    There is also one of these under Hiroshima (from before war), I was watching a program a while back where this woman survived the bomb bucause she was inside the shelter. Obviously this was nowhere near the point of impact, but it did shelter her from the blast.
