Edit: Turkey is a Muslim country, I can't help but think this was circumcision gone horribly wrong and covered up.

They find that kind of stuff all the time. I'm told theres actually a part of the budget for chili and other canned meat companies that is entirely dedicated to paying for emotional damages for problems that occur (I know parts of rats are not uncommon.)

Personally I think the practice is boarderline torture; but that's just me.

You want torture see FEMALE circumcision.

A male circumcision is not the whole thing, it's just the skin.
@Steal: You want to see real torture? I think there's a place in south africa where the boys need to get a circumcision to become men (they can't make a sound). No anesthetic.
