I had that experience when I was on Barcelona Beach and a hord of Spanish youngsters couldn't keep their eyes of three topless girls from Switzerland lying next to me. It was quite embarassing for me and my gender to watch these idiots staring on these girls (I mean they were really surrounded by ten or twenty of these...).
Pity ones...

Yes, they're idiots, but I also call the topless girls idiots too.

They're little boys, what do you expect? It's natural in hormonal development, if they weren't interested that might be a problem.

I'd actually be concerned if I saw adult men staring at unrelated little kids (going into the washroom, of all things!) too, though. That's creepy. It's one thing to stare at a cute little baby on the bus, but kids of that age are just... not cute. Sick bastards.
