Yeah, it is. There have a few times, in my teens and early 20's, when I was about to get some and then the girl changed her mind. While we were both naked. I, then took my blue balls and went home.

Before putting on the clothes and leaving it couldn't hurt to look eager and ask "Is it to late to ask you for a oral sex? What about a hand job? How about you just sit their naked for inspiration and I'll take care of my problem for you with a little self service?".

Yeah but that's different to having to stop instantly while in mid-act. Seriously, a 5 second delay is a criminal act?

And whoever said Japan doesn't have laws like this... that's true, but it's be more accurate to say places outside the US don't have laws like this. Or at least, that they wouldn't be upheld in countries where the judiciary has some common sense.

Apparently you haven't seen some countries laws....

Like how Italy banned the imprisonment of people with AIDS... (No prison sex for you!)

Or how in Alberta Canada all businesses must provide rails for tying up horses....

Or in England how its illegal to hang a bed out of a window or how its illegal for two gay people to have sex in the same building as another person...

Or in Australia how a 'life sentence' - is 25 years.

P.S. My personal favorite was that in Australia... Until the Port Arthur Killings it was legal to own an AK-47 but not legal to be gay. (Guns don't kill people! Gays do! rofl)

Hey. No means no. Somehow I think that description of the 5-10 seconds is a bit lacking though.

    Lets hope so.

Yeah but how many of those will be enforced. The OP law is gonna actually send people to prison.

I'd like to die with the songs I love stuck in my head. I hope to make the most of these hollow bones we become.
I raise a toast to the the souls that sang all along. I've been gathering friends to just to make some sounds,
before the ship goes down, I've been making amends by making the rounds before the whole world ends

Thats about the same here in Sweden, you can get a life sentence. But you can get out after 18 years.
18 years is our highest timelimited sentence. If you get life you can make an appeal or something (not sure about the wording) after 10 years to get a timelimited sentence. Shortest being 18. Then its up to the goverment if you get one or not.
The longest time so far is 25 years.

But really, if you get locked away for 25 years you wont have much of a life when you get out
Its more then 1/4 of your life, most cases it'll be closer to 1/3.
Now add that you've spent time growing up aswell and voila you have 1/3 left.

I would say/hope that people at that age would have come to their senses after their prison time and spend the remaining of their lifes in a good way.

    I heard life sucks, that's why I'm glad I don't have one.
