So if I were to go blindfold a woman and tie all her limbs up so she couldn't escape, then proceed to rape her it would be okay as long as I didn't hit her? This guy deserves to have his own theory tested on him, by a huge, sweaty body builder.

Well, he's right about it being like force-feeding cake, in a way - except once that woman chokes on the cake she doesn't want and can't accept, you could be facing murder charges, too.

Both force feeding and rape involves inserting a tube like object into certain bodily orifices and then forcible pumping something through that tube. Both procedures also tend to be administered to people who are are either unconscious or in mental anguish due to whatever situation they're in.

So he's not too far off I guess.
