Well since they haven't found the girl I think its bullshit and was just a fake call to get the cops to come. Or a setup by the police.

I dont she wants to be found, if she really was forced then she probably wants to get as far away from it as possible. But why care if they didn't find that girl. the others are safe and thats what matters.

Well wouldn't leaving with the police be the obvious choice?!

Well, not if she had the suspicion that they would hurt her or something like that. Its probably not the most pleasant place to be, so why wait for the cops..? I would have left too..

... Gosh lets see, your a rape victim or whatever.

... Your going to so totally trust any man you see, even if he's wearing a uniform *snerk*

    Not so much.

Yeah, there are female cops, but I have yet to see more than 1 or 2 in a police raid, and going with the 'authority' when the only authority you've known is the people who were abusing you... is not very likely either.

If she had a chance to hide, I can totally understand why.

It might not make sense to us, but I'm sure it makes sense to her (or any other woman/women in her position).

I searched around and found an online pdf copy of an affidavit in the case that provides information on what was happening at the ranch and the circumstances involving the girls call for help.

There's some new news about what they found at the compound. Apparently they found what appears to be a ritual bed for consummating the marriage right after marrying inside the temple. So yeah, a bed for sex right after getting married inside the same place you got married in, weird huh.

There's also speculation that the girl might have been taken away and put into hiding by the FLDS a little before the raid. They're still searching.

They have a name of her supposed husband though, some 49 year old guy who works in construction. Which is funny because the husband is a known sex offender who was convicted in Colorado. He claims to not know her or anything about the FLDS. Whats off though is that he works in contruction, which it is known that male FLDS members are known to go work for construction companies that are owned by FLDS members and either send a good percentage of their paychecks or their entire paycheck to the church every month. Haven't heard if the guy works for a FLDS owned contruction company though. Though I guess I just made it sound like the guys guilty.

Also heard about how FLDS takes moeny away from tax-payers and the government. How they legally rip off the government. Since the FLDS members practice polygamy, the males have lots of wives right? Legally they can have only one wife. Which allows all the other wives to claim to be single mothers and get welfare checks. Not only that, they can get food stamps in which they then send to the numerous compounds across the U.S.

I'm pretty sure we still do it by injection, not sure. Someone told me that the inmates can choose between like chair and needle and whatever other option there is, but I dunno.
