If you have a sense for math, chem, physics and scripting humor. It's hillarious.
I agree with it being one of the best on the net.
But I'd like to ad Least I could Do and P.H.D Comic (sure.. haven't read that one in ages, but it's good) on the list of awesome comics too read.
