Can anyone tell me what image macro this image comes from?
Blurgh, so can anyone tell me what image macro this image comes from? I'd rather like to avoid 4chan.org if at all possible.
My knowledge base of macros is small, at best, and evidently I'm an ignorant moron for not knowing this. Quite frankly, I could care less what I am or not, but I am curious as to the picture anyways.

Yeah, and fgsfds is supposedly what happens when you mash your left fist on the keyboard (hence my first post).
