Group that doesn't exist

I remember hearing about a group online that supposedly doesn't exist. And that their website only has a login field and no registry nothing. I know the name of the group starts with L. Will someone please remind me of what that name was.

I don't think anything that doesn't exist can exist.

When I say doesn't Exist I mean that's what they tell everyone. when you ask about the group they say, "What are you talking about, that doesn't exist see [they'll insert their site link there] which will look like a search page and have a login bar on the left. AKofC is a member of that group.
