Kinda feeling extra special since I have birthmarks and no mothermarks. I have one that looks like a houseplant leaf and another that looks like a mask on my right leg. Also have one that oddly looks like a snake on the back of my neck. Everyone who seen it says it looks like the sanke is gonna bite your head off.
But I never heard that only 1% of the population have birthmarks since everyone in my family has one and no mothermarks, but then again, no one in my family has died from cancer.

I've got something, I don't know if it's a birthmark or something else (never really cared to find out) but I've always had it as long as I can remember. I have this large discoloured mark which starts on the top of my left foot near my toes, and wraps around the back of my leg all the way up to the back of my knee. It's faded as I've grown older (either that or my skin has tanned to a similar colour as the mark) so it's not that noticable anymore. The difference in skin colour shows up a lot more if I submerge my leg in water for long enough though.

EDIT: According to Wikipedia, the most common type of birthmark occurs in 1/20th of all births. That's 5%, not 1%. I don't know which source is correct.

I mean well 1 percent is 600,000,000+ people. Not counting all the uncommon types.

I'd like to die with the songs I love stuck in my head. I hope to make the most of these hollow bones we become.
I raise a toast to the the souls that sang all along. I've been gathering friends to just to make some sounds,

I could sence it, everybody use wiki as a "reliable" source for info, when in fact, you should always double check the info you get from that specific site. Or just in generally...

What'dya know, I do have a birth mark other than a whole bunch'a moles.
I never cared enough to bother with it and totally forgot about its existance. It's covered with clothes all the time so no one notices and thus never commented on it either.
