Discussion -Who is in the wrong bus driver or girl.

i just want to say the bus driver should have never touch the girl, and the girl should have stopped being such a prick.

Driver shouldn't have touched the girl, but otherwise. She's in the clear. The girl was a spoiled bitch and the fault was completely hers. The driver can't just drop her off anywhere because the girl is liable to the bus driver, and dropping her off anywhere and not at a designated drop off site could cost the driver her license and job. It's also against the law to do that.

I hope the girl never has kids, would hate to think of how she would treat them, let alone when she would probably abandon them.

The girl is a bitch and would be the object of my contempt and indirect revenge, but the girl didn't seem any more annoying than the rest of the people (before she got up and started mouthing off).

The bus driver was a tard to pick her out and then do all this stuff in front of the bus camera. She's screwed if this goes (or went) to court for preventing the girl from leaving after telling her to find her own transportation, for pushing her around, for punching her, for doing this in front of a bunch of witnesses and a camera, for throwing her phone out the window, and the mom and sister of the girl were aware of the incident while this happened, not to mention that any witnesses in the bus would be against her for delaying their trip home by so long (except for the driver's daughter and the one weirdo at the end).

This was a fun showdown to watch.

Both sides are in the wrong. I wish the girl gets hit by a bus.

Most highschoolers, don't respect anyone not even their parents..

She is the bus driver yes, but she is the person in CHARGE while you are in transport!
If she let that kid out, and she gets into trouble, hurt or anything.. that is going to fall ON HER!

And everyone is going to blame why she let her leave the bus!

Mom: "My little angel, she was a saint.. only if that bus driver had hold her into the bus.. now she is no longer with us"

So I see no problem in using "some force" to prevent that girl going out of the bus!


And the "no touch touch" stuff just pisses me off to the core, to the point of punching someone in the face for that..

Btw, why that douchbag pushed the girl off?! That would award some pain time, no matter who was right or wrong, he has no right to get into the middle of the fight other then maybe holding one of his friend down, but the better is just get into the middle and be bitch slaped by both for a while until they get tired...

I don't think there is a wrong or right side here, both did stuff they shouldn't have done, but it was a stressful situation so....

ok...so watching the video...i blame like 98% of it on the brat. I mean initially sure the driver touched her, but afterwards she completely stopped. Then which lead up to the brat trying to do as she pleased by trying to use the lever to open the door, and eventually the fight.

Hmm...and from what i can assume is that the stupid girl was talking too loud and had no regards to anyone else while on the bus, so thats why the driver stopped?

why the fuck did she want to get off the bus?
i think i would have punched that little bitch directly in the face.

Actually, in retrospect...

While the girl may have seemed like a complete bitch (she is, btw), legally, the blame is on the bus driver. What the driver should've done is tell the girl that the driver is legally responsible for the girl if she gets off the bus before her stop, and block the aisle to prevent the girl from getting off the bus, without touching the girl. If the girl still chooses to get off by pushing the bus driver out of the way, then just let her get off and report her to the school or something. If the girl chooses to sue now, the bus driver may actually lose.
