If you want a whore or showgirl, you can (probably) get one for cheaper for the purposes mentioned in the article. Seriously, you know times are bad when doctors have to depend on "dolls" for livelihood. Maybe this will finally encourage people to get off the beaten path of joining a medical-related profession!

It's about $100 here for the full service with a hot chick, and room included (with TV, and Cable). Anyway, labour is expensive in Japan; so, I wouldn't know.
